WABASHA, Minn. – Judith Ann Krueger, 86 of Wabasha, who with her husband owned the Pioneer Campsite on Sand Prairie and Queen City Construction in Rochester. died at Edgewater Senior Living in Blaine. She also worked in real estate and at the county auditor’s office before becoming the zoning administrator for Wabasha County.
