ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Julie Schlink Ludwig, of St. Charles, who worked at the St. Charles library more than 20 years, died at age 55. She was a 1985 graduate of Winona High School, where she played clarinet. Later in the U.S. Army she was stationed in South Korea. She belonged to the Eyota American Legion and St. Charles Veterans of Foreign Wars post. She held several district positions for the Legion.
