ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Leona “Lee” Mae (Stoffer) Poppen-Millard, 84, of St. Charles, an apartment owner, died at the Whitewater nursing home. She was a Sunday School teacher and a Brownie leader. She held jobs at a Hy-Vee grocery store doing product demonstrations and at Sears in Rochester. She was proud to have visited all 50 states.
