ROCHESTER, Minn. – Mark Roger Roraff, 43, of Rochester, an electronics expert atBenchmark Electronics of Winona and later in rechnology management at Mayo Clinic, died at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. He graduated from Winona High School in 1998. He earned an associate’s Degree from Minnesota State College Southeast Technical in electronics technology. He was a video game enthusiast, and enjoyed building computers.
