EDINA, Minn. – Monique Ouellette, 55, of Edina, an IBM vice president who grew up in Winona, died peacefully at home. She was a 1983 graduate Winona High School. She earned a degree in retail management and merchandising in 1988 from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. After a brief career in fashion retail, she joined IBM and served as an executive the past eight years. She received numerous recognitions including the IBM Hundred Percent Club and twice the IBM Golden Circle. She traveled the world for her job.
