WINONA, Minn. – Philip Becher, 92, who retired to Winona after 26 years farming for Arcadia Fryers, died at his home. He was a was a 1948 graduate of Stratford High School. In the U.S. Air Force he was anAir Force as a tail gunner from 1948 to 1952.
