MONEY CREEK, Minn. – Renata D. Peterson, 88, of Money Creek, who taught fifth and sixth grades in Rushford, for 38 years. died at St Marys hospital in Rochester. She was raised in Money Creek and graduated from Houston High School. She attended Luther College in Decorah, then the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she received a teaching certificste. Later she earned a degree in education from Winona State University. She belonged to the over-40 Retreads motorcycle club
