GOODVIEW, Minn. – Richard Harkness, 72, of Goodview, who worked at Behrens Manufacturing and later at Warner and Swasey, which is now Badger Construction, died at home. He attended Jefferson Elementary School. In 1967 he graduated from Winona High School.
