WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Chamber of Commerce is all aboard with theGreat River Rail Commission campaign for more passenger train service. The Chamber is arranging a virtual townhall at 6:30 p.m. on March 23. Winona now has two trains a day, one east and one west.
