LEWISTON, Minn. – Robert Donald “Bob” Franzen, 84, of Lewiston, a foreman at Fiberite in Winona until 1973, when he bought a farm near Lewiston, died at Gundersen hospital in LaCrosse. He grew up in Lanesboro, then Fremont. He delivered papers on a rural route.
