KELLOGG, Minn. – Romaine N. Miller, of Kellogg, who worked 29 years at Crenlo in Rochester, died at age 95. He also drove livestock trucks, hauled milk to the Kellogg Creamery, and held a job at Wayne Lumber Mill. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1944 to 1946 as a gunnery instructor.
