ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Ronald Ray “Rotten” Strong, 70, of St Augustine, who often visited the family farm in Minnesota’s Houston County, lost along fought battle with depression. His adult life began in the Twin Cities as a welder, but Florida lured him South for the warm weather. He had aa long career in sales. He organized fund-raising bike rallies for charities.
