CIRCLE PINES, Minn. – Rosalie E. Robb, 83, of Circle Pines, who was known for dried flower arrangements dislayed on antiques and barn wood, died at home after a short battle with an aggressive cancer. She waw a 1956 graduate of Winona High School. Later she lived in Ames, Iowa, but mostly in Circle Pines near Lino Lakes. She held many trophies and awards as a bowler.
