WINONA, Minn. –Steven Edwin Riska, 72, of Winona, who became ordained in 2005 and whose ministries included nursing homes, hospitals and jail ministry and volunteering at soup kitchens and food pantries, died at Saint Anne nursing home. He was in the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam. He worked for many years at veterans facilities in Minnesota and Texas.
