WINONA, Minn. — Steve E. Ronkowski, 63, of Winona, who was facilities coordinator at Winona State University, died at home. Over the years he was an engineer on many building projects. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. To boyhood friends he was “Bruno.”
