BUFFALO CITY, Wis. — Thomas M. Bollinger, 73, of Buffalo City, a machinist for a Winona tool and die company before opening his own shop on the family farm in Buffalo City, died at Gundersen hospital in La Crosse. He was a 1966 graduate of Cochrane-Fountain City High School. He held a tool and die making degree from Coleman Tech in La Crosse. A hobby was restoring International Harvester tractors. With his son Jesse he owned all seven tractors in the  IH 86 series. He was a volunteer firefighter.
