COCHRANE, Wis. – Services for Victor D. “Vic” Grabau, 88, of Cochrane, a retired educator who died Monday while fishing, will be at hi riverside home and retreat Satorday in nearby Indian Point. For many years he was employed at South St. Paul Public Schools as a teacher, coach and dean. After retirement, he saw himself more as a “river rat,” as he used to say, and moved to the banks of the Mississippi River for a life of golfing and fishing.
