ROLLINGSTONE, Minn. — William “Willy” Bly, 67, of Rollingstone, an electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for 30-plus years, died peacefully at home. He was a 1972 graduate of Babbitt High School. He was in the U.S in the Coast Guard from 1976 to 1980 and then two years in the Reserve.
