WYKOFF, Minn. – Drug agents arrested a Wycoff man at his home and confiscated 23 grams of suspected methamphetamine and a tell-tale scale. Tylar James Miller, 24, was arraigned in Preston on four drug charges and also possession of illegal weaponry. The arrest was made by Fillmore County deputies and the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crime Enforcement Team.
