WINONA, Minn. – A snake handler was called to remove a rattlesnake in the 1400 residential block of Heights Boulevard. This street parallels U.S. Highway 14-61 at the base of the bluffs behind Dahl Auto and the Hy-Vee grocery. This was the first rattlesnake report at the foot of the bluffs this summer. The snake was relocated.
