LACROSSE, Wis. — The American Red Cross relocated two people who were displaced by a fire on Pearl Street Monday night. They lived upstairs above the Casino Bar at 304 Pearl Street. A Red Cross spokesperson, Justin Kern, said that they were provided temporary lodging, food and basic needs. Kern said a third tenant deck=lined assistance.
