WINONA, Minn. – Two juveniles were charged with theft after Fleet Farm security agents stopped them outside the East End megastore. The boys, age 17 and 15, had taken airguns, the agents said. Later the agents told police they learned the two also hd stolen 40-calibr pistol ammunition.
