BONDUEL, Wis. – An arthritic alligator that wandered from its enclosure was found and returned to Doc’s Harley-Davidson dealership and Zoo just down the road from Shawno on Highway 29. Stephen “Doc” Hopkins said his son found Rex in swampy woods on the 28-acre property just before 5 p.m. – after a couple days missing. The zoo is owned by Doc’s Harley-Davidson at West 2709 Highway 29. The zoo provides sanctuary for dozens of unwanted exotic animals.
