WINONA, Minn. — Judith “Judy” M. (Beck) Neitzel, 76, of Winona, who operated Beck Catering with by her mother in the 1970s, died of lung cancer at Gundersen hospital in La Crosse. She was a 1961 graduate of Cotter High School. She was proud of her large family, especially of her seven children.
