CALEDONIA, Minn. – The LaCrescent-Hokah school superintendent was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic assault for an incident at his home in LaCrescent overnight. After a brief court appearance, Eric Martinez, 51, was released from jail on $2,000 bond. He was instructed by the judge not to use alcohol or drugs or go into any bars or liquor stores. Martinez wa in an orange jail jumpsuit for the hearing. The judge set December 7 for formal arraignment. The two charges, both misdemeanors, carry maximum penalties each 90 days in the county jail and a $1,000 fine
