KELLOGG, Minn. – A Wisconsin trucker was injured when his semi-truck rolled over south of Kellogg on Highway 61. Randall Huppert, 60, of Durand, was taken 40 miles to a Rochester hospital with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries. The accident was shortly before 5 a.m. The truck came to rest in the median on a slight curve near 630th Street.
