WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Eric John Corey, 41, was booked after a shotgun blast injured a motorist on East Broadway. The booking charge:  Second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. The motorist was not seriously injured. The incident was about 2 p.m.
