Returning after CoVid pause

WINONA, Minn. – Central Lutheran Church  unofficially launches its Christmas season December 3 with its traditional “Messiah Sing-In.” Time: 7 p.m. The church has had the Sing-In almost 30 years, albeit a recent three-year hiatus because of CoVid. The Sing-In’s founder, Harry Mechell, will conduct selections from the oratoria of Handel’s “Messiah.” Featured will be the Asian-American North Star Boys’ Choir of Maple Grove. A $10 donation is suggested for the Winona Community Warming Center.
