ST. CHARLES, Minn. – After St. Charles police attempted a traffic stop, the driver sped away onto Interstate 90 eastbound. Sheriff’s deputies laid a strip of tire-deflating spikes, which stopped the vehicle. The driver fled on foot but was apprehended. Nicholas John Deppe, 23, was hauled to jail.
