WINONA, Minn. — The Winona County Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention announced a drive-through outdoor event to get rid of old prescription medications and e-cigarette devices. The directions are simple: At the Winona YMCA, follow neon green signs around the east end of the building. The event is April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Being collected: Tablets, capsules, patches and other solid prescription drugs, as well as vaping devices and cartridges. Details.
