ST.PAUL, Minn. — The compromise tax bill approved by the Legislature injects $20 million into local government funding to combat student homelessness, State Senator Jeremy Miller, R-Winona, said. Other provision he noted:

> Extending working family tax credit to 19 and 20- year-olds.

> Creating a tax incentive for film production in the state.
