WINONA, Minn. –Winona State University still hasn’t figured out how to offer class fall semester. The university’s chief academic officer, Ted Reilly, said different scenarios are being considered with June 3 as a target for a decision. To faculty he cautioned: “Do not communicate decisions on mode of teaching to students.” In March the university switched classes entirely online because of the COVID-19 crisis, in effect shutting down the campus.
