WINONA, Minn. – Community Outreach officers from the Police Department recovered several bicycles stolen in recent days from the Winona State campus and the nearby neighborhood. Using a a photo from campus security cameras, they located the bikes a few blocks from campus in the 350 block of Sarnia Street. A woman admitted to the thefts, police said.
