WINONA, Minn. — A red 2009 Honda motorized scooter was reported stolen in the 400 block of South Baker Street on the West Side. The moped was parked outside. The owner told police that the vehicle had been taken sometime the previous week. The license plate: A891D. The theft was reported about 5 p.m.
