ROCHESTER, Minn. – Police spotted a man wanted in a Stewartville assault getting into his vehicle at the Oak Terrace Estates Mobile Home Park in Rochester, but he drove off, apparently not seeing the officers, before they could make contact. When he got out of his car at a nearby convenience store, officers tried to arrest him, but he took off on foot. They stopped him with a Taser bolt and made the arrest. Taken into custody was Randy Roch, 33. In his car police said they found meth and an airsoft gun.
