WAUWATOSA, Wis. — Police arrested a 15-year-old youth in the Mayfair Mall shooting that wounded eight people Friday. Chief Barry Weber declined to identify the youth except to say that he was Hispanic. Weber also declined to discuss details of the arrest except that it was conducted Saturday night with a search warrant and that a firearm was recovered at the scene of the arrest. About the shooting the chief said there had been an altercation between two groups.
