WINONA, Minn. – A Stewartville woman, Maggie McDonald, 19, was cited for driving after revocation at Broadway and Huff streets on the East Side.. McDonald also received a verbal warning for expired tabs and driving with no proof of insurance. The citation was about 1:30 a.m.
