UTICA, Minn. – A Mantorville teenager, Maxwell Leonard Brekke, 19, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and also underage consumption. Police said they stopped Brekke on County Road 33 near Neumann Drive about 1:15 a.m. A woman from Rochester, also in the car and also underage, was ticketed for underage consumption.
