ROCHESTER, Minn. – A teen-age driver suffered cuts and bruises when his car left Highway 63 near the Rochester airport and rolled. He was taken to a Rochester hospital although his injuries didn’t appear serious. Deputies said he was heading north in a 2019 Honda Civic near the 80th Street Southeast intersection about 8:10 a.m. His airbags deployed. He was wearing a seatbelt. Conditions were dry, deputies said.
