WINONA. Minn. – Two engine crews responding to a report of a fire on the bluffs above Holzinger Lodge decided to tackle the fire from the top of the bluffs. They climbed down from he 1200 block of Wincrest Drive, found teenagers with a bonfire, and gave them a stern lecture about unauthorized fires. The fire was extinguished. The kids went home. The engine and tanker crews went back to the fire station. This was about 8 p.m.
