WINONA, Minn. — A teen-age driver from Fountain City, in Winona on a shopping trip, was charged with inattentive driving after sideswiping a car she was overtaking on four-lane East Broadway Street. She didn’t stop. “Why?” asked the officer. The young woman explained that she was in a hurry to get to Target. Damage to the two cars was only cosmetic.
