UTICA, Minn. — An Altura man, Joseph David Michalowski, 25, was arrested after another person’s teeth were knocked out in an incident the 200 block of North Center Street. Deputies recommended charges of third-degree assault, fifth-degree domestic assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The arrest was about 10:45 p.m.
