WINONA, Minn.— An inclusive playground has opened at Veterans Memorial at Lake Park for kids whether physically or otherwise disadvantaged or not. The 1,600-square foot playground, called Every Child’s Dream, is a project of local Lions clubs. Lions spokesperson Jack Krage noted that park includes wheel-chair ramps and non-skid rubber surfaces. It’s the first inclusive playground in Winona.
