WINONA, Minn. — A driver-side window to a vehicle was broken out in the 1700 block of West Broadway Street, in the Maplewood neighborhood, and a wallet stolen. The wallet contained credit cards, one of which was used at a Kwik Trip convenience store, police were told. The damage and theft were reported about 7:20 a.m.
