ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Two St. Paul people being trailed by drug agents were arrested in St. Charles in a Winona-bound vehicle stocked with illicit drugs and handguns. Arrested were Paul Carl Jensen, 55, and Brianne Nicole Brazelton, 28. They were taken 21 miles to the Winona County jail and booked about 2 p.m. The pair had been trailed from Rochester by drug agents who had identified them as wanted on warrants. Police in St. Charles made the stop. In the car were 36 grams of meth, 15 grams of cocaine, two handguns and ammo, officers said. Also: Brazelton had one gram f cocaine on her person and a third handgun and ammunition.
