LACROSSE, Wis. – Forecasters included Winona and southeast Minnesota in a winter storm watch starting about dawn Thursday. A wintery mix was expected Wednesday night, which will turn to snow overnight. The National Weather Service estimated three to six inches for the Winona area with hazardous winds. After the snowfall ends, an Arctic front is expected to drop temperatures to zero over the weekend.
