WINONA, Minn. – A Winona driver was cited for failure to yield after a three-car pile-up at Mark and Grand streets on the West Side. One driver was taken to the hospital with sustainable injuries. Cited was Judith Arlene Dickson, 76. Police said Dickson admitted to slowing but not stopping at the intersection. Dickson’s 2005 Dodge Caravan hit a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe, which then struck a 2024 Audi. This was about 2:50 p.m.
