WINONA, Minn. – A Winona driver was taken to the hospital, dizzy and complaining of chest pain, after a two-vehicle collision at Broadway and Lafayette streets on the East Side. The injuries to Herman Barrios-Sandoval, 30, were not life-threatening, police said. The other driver, Mark Wayne Nelson, 65, of LaCrosse, was not hurt. The crash was about 6:20 p.m. Barrios-Sandoval was cited for failure to yield.
