WINONA, Minn. — Somebody slashed a tire on a car parked at a Knopp Valley home. Also, said the owner, a wallet was stolen from inside the vehicle. The doors were unlocked, the owner told police. This was in the 1500 block of Pleasant Hill Drive. The report to police was about 9:30 p.m. Police hoped to identify the vandalizing thief from home security video.
