WINONA, Minn. – Nine new COVID-19 cases, one younger than 4, were confirmed in Winona County by the state Department of Health. The county’s total rose to 913 cases. Two cases were removed, though, from the county’s total, likely due to incorrect residence listed, a false positive or accidental case duplication. The county’s total deaths remained at 18.
